Kinjo

The first of a new Japanese Yakatori restaurant concept on the high street. An all-day neighbourhood eatery.

We converted an old retail unit on Oxted High Street into a Japanese Casual Dining Spot for all the neighbourhood to enjoy. Every aspect of the design was careful curated to align with Japanese culture, values and environment. A new mezzanine area was formed at the back of the unit giving a new dimension to the space. The collaboration with this experienced operator team meant we could concentrate on the design and they concentrate on the menu of Sushi, Tempura and Yakatori. Ben Prescott and his team created the branding genius behind the logo and artwork.
