Bills Manchester

A collaboration with the great Bill Collinson to fit out a new shell with his well known casual dining brand restaurant.

Set within Manchester’s Spinningfields the brief was to create a dining and bar experience taking the trade “all day and into the night”. So unlike previous Bills restaurants we created a fantastic show bar with high seating. Other features included a triple height space and eccentric collection of loose decorative artefacts sourced by Bill himself. This project won the team a Casual Dining Award for Best Designed Restaurant of the Year. Whoop!
